Why We Built This Site
Oklahoma gives the public broad access to court records under the Oklahoma Open Records Act (51 O.S. Section 24A.1 et seq.). The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Major County the split is simple once you know it. The Court Clerk, Lindsey Keck, is the custodian of District Court case files, which covers felony, misdemeanor, family, civil, and probate matters. The County Clerk, Samie Elliott, keeps land records, plats, and other county records. The Sheriff, Anthony Robinson, runs the jail roster and active warrants. Add the District Attorney for District 26 and the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, and the picture gets crowded fast. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
